The rustic dining table offers space for 4 people. Comfortable couch, flat screen TV and fireplace. A wooden ladder takes you from the living room to the gallery, with sleeping accommodation for a maximum of 2 children. Behind the 200 year old wooden door there is 1 separate bedroom with a large double bed. From the bathroom, with a separate toilet and open shower, you can access the Fassauna directly via the terrace. On the 700m2 plot with terrace and garden, you can also use the lockable outbuilding with bike / ski cellar, washing machine and dryer, as well as a small workshop - for your sole use. Carport and additional parking space available.

The Chalet LECHTRAUM in Stanzach is located in the Tyrolean Lech Valley Nature Park.
