Appartements Julia was built in 2008 and opened for business in December of that year. Each apartment offers 70 sq m of accommodation ideally suited to families or small groups. In addition there is a well equipped games room with fitness equipment and a sauna area.
Located in a quiet residential area on the south side of Zell am See, Appartements Julia is ideally placed to explore the many activities on offer in the Zell am See-Kaprun region. In the winter the Kitzsteinhorn and Schmitten ski areas are easily accessible either by car, ski bus and local train. The cross country ski trails start just 200m from the house. In summer all guests receive the Zell am See-Kaprun summercard. The card gives free access or discounts to many of the areas most popular attractions including use of the cable car, a visit to the high alpine reservoirs and a lake cruise and many more. The Tauern bike trail passes through near the house.
