Zell am See’s Appartements Julia offers guests a sauna, and apartments with private access to the garden, which features sun chairs. The Zell am See-Kaprun Golf Course is 500 metres away, Lake Zell is 4 km away, and the centre of Zell am See is 5 km away. Apartments are south-facing and have a terrace with mountain views, 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, dining area, dishwasher, smart TV, and large bathroom with a bath and shower and underfloor heating. There are washing and drying facilities available for a small charge, and WiFi is available free of charge. Appartements Julia has fitness equipment, a sitting room with cable TV and a billiards table, and a ski storage room with a ski boot dryer. Private garage parking is available on site free of charge. A ski bus stops 800 metres from Appartements Julia and continues to the Areitbahn Cable Car, which provides access to the Schmittenhöhe Ski Area, and to the Kitzsteinhorn Glacier Ski Area, 15 minutes away. Horse riding stables, shops and restaurants are all located within 1.5 km, and the Großglockner mountain hiking route starts 3 km away. Guests receive a 10% discount on visits to the Tauern Spa thermal bath, 4 km away. The Zell am See-Kaprun Summer Card is included from the middle of May until the middle of October and allows free admission and discounts at several local attractions, as well as for cable cars and public transport.

Appartements Julia was built in 2008 and opened for business in December of that year. Each apartment offers 70 sq m of accommodation ideally suited to families or small groups. In addition there is a well equipped games room with fitness equipment and a sauna area. Located in a quiet residential area on the south side of Zell am See, Appartements Julia is ideally placed to explore the many activities on offer in the Zell am See-Kaprun region. In the winter the Kitzsteinhorn and Schmitten ski areas are easily accessible either by car, ski bus and local train. The cross country ski trails start just 200m from the house. In summer all guests receive the Zell am See-Kaprun summercard. The card gives free access or discounts to many of the areas most popular attractions including use of the cable car, a visit to the high alpine reservoirs and a lake cruise and many more. The Tauern bike trail passes through near the house. If you require further information about activities in the area please feel free to contact me directly.
