The family-run An der Kaburga is located at the southern end of Telfes im Stubai in the Tyrol Region, 12 km from Innsbruck. Quietly set, the property offers great mountain views. Free WiFi is available throughout the property and free covered parking is offered. The modern apartments feature a balcony or a terrace, a dining area, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher and microwave. A toaster and fridge are also provided, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle. There is a private bathroom with a hairdryer in each unit. A large garden including 1000 m² of lawn for sunbathing in summer is provided and guests can enjoy the garden pond with bar and sunbeds. There is also a kids' playground. On request, fresh bread rolls can be delivered to the apartment every morning. There is a lounge bar wine & more "Zum Tony" on-site offering cocktails, wine, daily meals and more. Opening hours depending on season. A small supermarket is 200 metres from the property, bigger ones are found in the village centre. In the immediate vicinity of the property guests can find great opportunities for a winter holiday. The Serles Cable Cars in Mieders and the Schlick 2000 Ski Area are only 2 km away. The largest glacier Ski Area in Austria with snow guarantee is the Stubai Glacier which is 22 km away. The area is as well famous for cross-country trails, opportunities for snowshoeing and winter walks. Innsbruck Airport is 11 km from the property. The leisure centre Stubay with swimming pool, sauna and much more is 500 metres from An der Kaburga.

We are a family-owned company which is working in the hotel and restaurant business since decades. With personal service, lots of engagement and love for the detail, we are welcoming all our guests and help them to have an unforgettable holiday experience. We are very much looking forward to your visit! Additional information: Non-smoker flats, no pets. Bread delivery service for breakfast on request. Parking space, washing machine and vacuum cleaner are available free of charge. The local tourist tax per adult person has to be paid directly in the location. In addition, we ask you to bring a credit card with you so that we can authorize a deposit of 150,- Euros on arrival for potential damages which you receive back at departure. Thank you!

Spend your holiday in our Kaburga Holiday Homes in Stubaital with a wonderful view to the Stubaier Glacier and the Serles mountain. Our lovely and renovated apartments are providing high class living comfort with separated bed rooms, the possibility for extra children beds, balcony or terrace, modern fully equipped kitchens, cosy living rooms and modern bathrooms. Our apartments are equipped in a new and modern style. Each flat has its individual touch and flair. The flats reach from 47m2 to 85m2 and have enough space for the whole family up to 5 individuals depending on which category you book. For active people we also offer different extra rooms out of the flat to store your skis and shoes, a construction site to, e.g., fix a bike and e-bikes for rent are near the location. In our garden you are invited to enjoy the sunny area and the large garden pond with bar and sunbeds in the middle of the surrounding mountains. On top, we even have a kids playground in our large garden area. OUR HIGHLIGHT: In our Lounge Bar Wine & more "Zum Tony" we offer next to a wide range of cocktails and wine specials also delicious daily meals and much more. Opening hours Tuesday - Saturday from 16-23 o'clock!

Our excellent sunny location offers peace and relaxation and is an excellent spot for hiking, biking and skiing in winter as well as summer. - Lounge Bar Wine & more "Zum Tony" at location - e-bike rental service near the location - 3 minutes walk to the local supermarket - Aquaparadise StuBay with 3 outdoor pools, indoor pools, kids pools, sauna, slides and many more for bad weather programs (only 1km away) - the Serles ski lifts, the Schlick2000 and the Stubaier glacier are all within short distance - the capital of Tyrol, Innsbruck, is only a 16km drive away and offers lots of possibilities for sightseeing, shopping and events
