The A-VITA Viktoria Residenzen & A-VITA living are both located in the center of Seefeld. The A-VITA living will be open in December 2017 and is a new built luxury Apart Hotel 600m away from the A-VITA Viktoria Residenzen. A-VITA Viktoria Reszidenzen comprises bright rooms with wooden floors, private balconies which offers panoramic mountain views, and free Wi-Fi. All apartments are equipped with a flat-screen TV with cable channels. The spa centre includes a Finnish sauna and an infrared cabin with changing light colours. A ski storage room is also at guests' disposal. The property is 400 metres from Casino Seefeld. Gschwandtkopf Cable Cars are just a 3-mintue drive away from the property. A parking garage, accessible directly from the property, is available free of charge. All guests obtain discounts at the partner Golfclub Seefeld Wildmoos, with 18 holes and just 4.5 km away, and Golf Academy, with 9 holes and located 700 metres from the hotel.

In an excellent, quiet and sunny location you find the A-VITA Viktoria Residences **** on a little hill near the pedestrian zone and centre of Seefeld. „Modern Living“ on rustic cottage-planks corresponds with the spirit oft the time. The appartements are equipped with modern shades, natural woods and noble materials. Your sophisticated of modern living at home you here enjoy combined with the amenities of a hotelservice. Underground parking included. Golf Founder house.

In about 250 m there are the non traffic zone with the restaurants, coffee shops and shops, supermarket. You can walk to the center, very nearly the house.
