中国“因为是在圣诞节前后抵达埃里温，我们在选择住宿时十分关注暖气的情况，不得不说，这里是我在亚美尼亚期间住过最温暖和舒服的房间！卫生和环境十分干净整洁，设施齐全！
看过往评价我们可能是第三波住进这里的中国客人，十分感谢房东先生的招待和照顾！一共住了三天，每次都会提前和我们确认早餐的菜单以及用餐时间，并会在第二天准时到达，三天的早餐完全不重样！每餐都很丰富，在冬季也一样会有蔬菜和水果，这里的三餐几乎是在亚美尼亚吃到最完美的早餐！同时茶和咖啡都是免费的，随时可以自取！

中国“作为这家家庭旅馆开张三年以来，第二批入住的中国游客，我有很多心里话要说。1、这家旅馆地理位置优越，处于一个安静的市区居住小区里，环境安静舒适，夜里没有车来车往，睡得特别好；2、距离地铁站步行10分钟，地铁站旁就有大型超市，沿途也有很多餐厅，咖啡馆，生活特别方便；3、旅馆配备厨房、洗衣机，还有超大的院子可以休憩，晾晒衣物；4、最重要的是大卫一家人特别好，一周以来对我们的照顾太周到了，特别是大卫的父母，总是从院子里的果树上摘些水果给我们吃。5、大卫的包车服务特别好，车子很新，坐着舒服，去哪里游...”
