This is the most modern privat residence area located of South Albania with top beaches and restaurants within 1 km. The beach of Drimadhes can be reached in 3 minutes by waking from Villa. Villa has new and modern furniture and this is the first year opened for guest. The air-conditioned Villa is composed of 3 seperated rooms which are overlooking the sea, a living room, 2 bathrom, a fully equipment kitchen with fridge, oven, dishwasher, a beautiful front yard and a free privat parking space. The Villa can provide towels and bed linen. The property has free access to the privat beach with comfortable sunbed.
