The room also includes a 55’’ smart TV. •          The open space living room also includes a chic dining area, with a rectangular table and four chairs. •          The living room is naturally well-lit, thanks to extensive glass windows letting in natural rays of the sun, and overlooking the wide boulevard and city architecture. •          A balcony furnished with two chairs and a table can be accessed from the living room, for you to enjoy your morning coffee as you gaze into the cityscape. •          The place has a tranquil vibe, thanks to the carefully selected furniture and decorations throughout the apartment. •          Fully equipped, upgraded kitchen with modern appliances like refrigerator, hot water kettle, microwave, toaster, stove, oven, as well as cooking basics, dishes and silverware, wine glasses and trash cans. •          The kitchen also has a serving hatch to the dining room. •          The apartment is equipped with safety equipment like fire extinguisher, smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detector, and first aid kit. •          The apartment has an iron, a washing machine, a dryer, and hangers. •          The bedroom features a colored wall, a grey king-size bed, wooden night tables with lamps, wardrobe with hangers, a grey rug, a makeup vanity table with a chair and a mirror. •          The room has large wall-to-wall glass windows, letting in natural sunlight.
