This luxury studio, in Mayan Buildings, has fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, cooker and 65 inch flat screen TV. It is located 7 minute from the Zayed International Airport, Abu Dhabi. The apartment itself is on the first floor opposite the gym and the swimming pool. The balcony has a sea view. There is also a sauna and steam room on the same floor.
Ideal location opposite Yas Bay and Yas Plaza. It is a 10 minutes walk to the Yas Marina. Very quiet neighbourhood.
