This is a lavishly decorated corner unit, quiet and very spacious with more than 2200 sqft of living space including 3 balconies. You can also enjoy all of the FIVE Palm resort facilities including a private beach, pools, and gym. The property features private beach access, numerous restaurants, roof top lounge, four swimming pools to enjoy including children's pool/water park and kids club, a fully equipped gym and valet parking. Please note this apartment is located within the Five Palm Residences Tower but is a privately managed apartment. The apartment does not benefit from daily housekeeping, however additional cleaning can be arranged for a fixed fee with 24 hours notice upon request. It is a self contained apartment, we provide you with a starter pack of toiletries, please note consumables such as cooking condiments, cleaning products, additional toiletries are not provided. This apartment has it all, fully equipped with high speed WiFi internet 500Mbps, 55” LCD TVs in each room with OSN channels, Nespresso coffee machine, etc… Other things to note House rules include respecting the neighbours, furniture and no Parties. Smoking allowed only on the outside terrace. Adherence to Dubai laws and regulations at all times. This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM). Please note the included cleaning fee is for the apartment to be cleaned after your stay. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged for an additional fee.
