Best hostel out of the 7 I tried in Siargao. The best facilities and so much cleaner. Nice equipped kitchen, comfortable rooms with AC and nice beds. Nice clean toilets. Like people have said no lockers but with the PIN code for the doors it feels really safe. Quiet location and nice staff. Would recommend and my best stay in all of Siargao.

The place is located at the north of the island in what seems to be a remote area which is anything but that. It s located in a small village which is surrounded by other villages where you can find every need in. This hostel has has an incredible intimate social space where you can meet exceptional, interesting, kind and genuine, like minded people who are looking to have some quiet from the hustle and bustle of General Luna. The staff are just as welcoming and lovely, extremely helpful and kind and will always lend a helping hand for whatever need you have. This place let's you connect with the locals in a way you rarely see and it's truly a wonderful experience. On top of all that it s very comfortable, close to amazing beaches and can give you a great "home" vibe especially on longer stays.

I specifically requested a quiet room during my booking, and I’m so glad to say that Sudla Siargao Hostel exceeded my expectations! The room was not only peaceful but also very cozy, which allowed me to unwind after a full day of island adventures. The peaceful atmosphere made it easy to get a good night's sleep, something that’s always important to me when traveling. Even though the hostel is centrally located the noise level was minimal, and I felt like I had my own little retreat. The staff was incredibly accommodating and made sure everything was perfect. They were always there when I needed something but never intrusive. I also really appreciated the hostel’s clean and well-maintained rooms, fresh linens, and convenient services like motorbike rentals. The location is ideal, being just a short walk to everything you need, but the quiet room was a perfect balance for both relaxation and exploration. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone who values peace and comfort in a prime location! Definitivamente recomendaría este hostal a cualquiera que visite Siargao. ¡Excelente ubicación, personal amable y una estancia tranquila y cómoda!

It is also accessible as there are available tuktuk outside, food to eat outside and small stores you can buy. The common area is a great place to hang out and socialize. I love this place.

Ubicato a General Luna, a 8,7 km da Guyam Island, Haole Surf Hostel propone una sala comune, un parcheggio privato gratuito, un ristorante e un bar. I highly recommend this place! We had been looking for something a bit outside of GL and Haole was just perfect. The host was incredibly kind, gave us perfect tips in perfect english. During our stay there was a brief time without water, which the host immediately had fixed for us. The room was super clean and amazing for us, with a shared terrace with freezer, water-refill, a darts game and plenty of space to hang out. The rest of the staff was also super kind. They are handling both the hostel and a restaurant downstairs, which is also very nice! They even fried some eggs that we brought ourselves, as for vegetarians the restaurant does not have that many options. 5 min by scooter from the hostel (bumpy road) there is a beautiful beach (Oceans 9) with a beginner friendly surf spot (beach break, left wave). I have to say, you do need a scooter in this area, distances too far to walk everything.

Super loved that our room is right in front of the pool. The staff were very accommodating and the shared space is always so welcoming and inviting. They have on-site motorcycle and e-bike rentals. Which is pretty convenient especially that the roads are sort of narrow and unpaved in Siargao. It is a quick 10 mins to the Tourism Road and nearest bank.

I had a wonderful time in Casavia, stayed there for 6nights and didn't wanna leave. It's super cozy, clean, you can easily have your privacy but also stay sociable if you want to. Carlos - the receptionist was an amazing person to hang out with, super helpful, positive and cheerful, he showed me some beautiful local places and was a wonderful companion during this trip. Casavia felt like home and if i come back to Siargao one day, definetely stay in Casavia again. Salamat!
