The roof top terrace was a nice chill out spot after a long day and nice for breakfast. The room was nice and all the fixtures and fittings are modern the shower works well, (but only cold water)

Staying here felt like becoming part of the jungle itself. We shared meals and conversations with Roger’s family and other travelers, and went on unforgettable excursions like birdwatching, piranha fishing, and caiman feeding. The family’s pet macaw stole our hearts and made every day brighter. The hostel is basic and rustic, but that’s to be expected—and honestly, it’s part of the charm. We also stayed at an expensive eco-lodge deep in the jungle, but it’s this humble place that left the deepest impression. So we stayed twice!
