They turned down the music when it was late, shuttles pick up here, they let me store my luggage while I went to Acatenango and also while I touristed around. The amenities are nice and the staff also.

Absolutely everything about this place exceeded my expectations. The kitchen was an absolute joy to work in. The evening cakes were incredibly delicious and never once repeated in my 6 day long stay. Gorgeous views from the terrace. Comfiest bed I've had in a while with two pillows each! That itself merits an extra star IMO. From a whole wall of books, to art supplies, to board games , to a fully equipped kitchen, to a gaming console. There is enough and more to keep one occupied. The average crowd was really nice too.

The hostel is very cool to meet other travelers. It has very friendly vibe. The room is clean and I love how comfy their beds are. The receptionist, Stephanie was extremely helpful and gave us a lot of great advice also about other cities in Mexico. We recommend, it's worth the money.

This place is really a hostel! It's small and cosy, nothing fancy and not a party backpackers hostel, yet you get to meet the nicest people. The beds are comfortable, there is a plug right on the side of every bed. Towels provided. Very cheap price and still nice breakfast included. Nice terrace where you can sunbathe or just chill. Area to wash your clothes. Very clean and the rooms smell good. Safe. The staff is really friendly and helpful with everything. Big lockers that can fit both the big backpack and the smaller one. I felt really nice and comfortable in this hostel!

We loved it! Super clean, close to the center, hot water 24/7, fully equipped kitchen, great internet, excellent service and staff attention – 10 out of 10. We immediately felt at home. There's always coffee, tea, and cookies in the kitchen, and they let us check in early and check out a bit later. They even have ping pong! A wonderful place you'd want to come back to. Special thanks to the staff for their care and attention. 10/10
