The responsible staffs and the service are way more than I was expecting, compared to the other hostels in Morocco that I had stayed at. They give me advices and suggestions without me asking just noting what that I may need since it was my first time there. And helping me carry on my suitcase to the second floor also helped me to call and negotiate a taxi without charging me fee when I was about to leave.

The hostel is well located, just a short walk from the central part of the medina, as well as pick-up locations for outside town activities. The terrace is excellent for relaxing after a long day exploring Fes, and each floor has toilets and common areas to enjoy. Ramou was very helpful throughout my stay. He had excellent suggestions about where to eat and go around the medina, which can be pretty confusing on the first day. The overall atmosphere of the hostel is very friendly, which was perfect for me as a solo traveller.

The manager Khalid was very helpful. Got us the extra blankets, ordered us the needed taxis and even helped us carry our stuff all the way from& to the taxi spot at 12pm& 3 am in the morning. The place is close by the main road where u can find all the stores and attractions. All the while it is very quiet.
