Very clean, great facilities and good provision of anything you might need for a comfortable stay. The owner is very friendly and helpful, and the beds and public spaces are well kept. The location is very good too, within walking distance of downtown areas and Hirome Market. The dorm beds were actual mattresses, so they were very comfortable, and the bunks came with many sockets and accessories (fan, light, clothes line, tissues). It’s a refurbished house, so it felt very cozy. It was comfortable and I enjoyed talking to other guests and the owner. It was a superb stay, one of the best guesthouses I’ve ever stayed at! Thank you!

Situated within 36 km of Nishihama Park and 36 km of Hossho-ji Temple, 鏡水旅館/kyousuiryokan provides rooms in Kochi. I like that is was kind of japanese style, it doesn't look like an hotel, it's look like a house so is warmer environment. Also, they give me discount coupons for eating that cover my food expenses during the 3 days I was there
