Katty is an amazing host!She was super friendly and helpful,she let us stay in the hotel whole day after check out cause our flight was delayed. Big big thanks to her for that! And place itself is very nice and cozy,rooms are small but comfy & clean. For 1-2 nights before/after your flight is perfect.

Almost everything. Extended thrice during my stay. I slept like a baby. Personal fans in every bed and my bed itself was really comfortable. The staff is some of the sweetest and most helpful I've had in central America. Nice, well equipped, large kitchen. There's a TT table for those who play. All the common areas being in one place ensures that it's pretty social but not in a loud way. Very easy to make friends and talk to people, find others to plan activities together etc.

Alpha Private Rooms in Fortuna provides adults-only accommodation with a garden, a shared lounge and a terrace. The owner was marvelous. He gave lots of great recommendations for several activities and does not want to sell tours like lots of others. Just perfect!!! This made our trip perfect and I highly recommend the hostel for everyone who goes to La Fortuna. The rooms were clean and we had a nice balkony to sit outside. It is a great hostel to get to know others.
