The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The shared areas were well kept and lovely to laze around in. The free breakfast was simple but delicious. The location was super central and safe. The perfect introduction to Santiago!

Federico, the host, was really kind from the very beginning. Also, the room was clean and really comfortable as all the other areas in the house. The location was perfect near cafes, restaurants, parks and supermarket. The nearest metro station is nearby as well. Highly recommend to stay here.

I needed to leave early in the morning so they prepare my breakfast the night before and put in the fridge so I can enjoy it the next morning.

Hostal Sol y Luna - a 10 min del aeropuerto & Desayuno Incluido. The most welcoming corner of Santiago. Everything, the place is close to the airport, really easy to get there. The rooms are big enough and comfortable. Great price and good breakfast. The best was the service, David is s great host always ready to help you with everything.

I needed a convenient, last-minute place to stay for the night close to the airport following a flight cancellation. This accommodation fit the bill. Clean, comfortable and friendly, the owner responded quickly to my last minute booking and was waiting for me on arrival, which I was grateful for as it was late and dark. I even received an upgrade without asking as the owner could see I'd had a big day. I was also offered an airport transfer for my return the airport the following day at a competitive and reasonable price. Thanks again for your kindness.

We talked a lot and enjoyed hanging out together in the living room in front of the fire. He helped us navigate around El Cajón de Maipo and in general just had a very relaxed vibe to him.

A very quiet haven, only a few steps from Libertador Bernardo O' Higgins, and a short walk from Almeda & Los Heroes Bus stations. Breakfast cam be enjoyed on the patio, or in your room. Quite a find.

He genuinely loves his work and that shows in his interactions with the people in the hostel (even when some of them are more demanding). His energy creates an incredible family-like atmosphere where everyone feels welcome to interact with other solo travelers, eat together, chill together and more. This was my 3rd time in the hostel and everything is as I remember - clean spaces, rooms, spacious dorms, huge private room, nice pool and outside area, great kitchen, always available toilets/bathrooms. Bonus: The neighbourhood is probably the most interesting, while still being super safe ones in Santiago. It's got good coffee, food, vibes and more all within a few blocks. I plan to be back everytime I spend a few days in Santiago.
