According to my experience someone was always available on the phone for sorting things out.

A lovely place to stay in a stunning location. The room was very comfortable. This hostel is very well set up with lots of convenient toilets and showers, great heating and a convenient and very social kitchen. We had convenient and comfortable privacy but also met some wonderful people in the kitchen/eTing area.
