Just at the foot of the old time, so a short walk for sightseeing but far enough on a side street that it’s quiet and peaceful. Very clean rooms and well equipped.

The gest house is well located and in less than 5 minutes we can reach the old town. The staff is very helpful and nice. It's ok to park the car, no stress the owner will help and find a solution for all the guest. The room is clean and nice view from the bar. We highly recommand this place

Fiatalos, jó hangulatú hely. Mi nem a tömegszálláson voltunk, hanem a kétszemélyes privát lakosztályban. Az óváros a kapu előtt van... a kilátás a szobánkból nagyon szép volt a várra.

Hostel Xarba has a garden, shared lounge, a terrace and bar in Gjirokastër. The accommodation offers a shared kitchen and free WiFi throughout the property. This is more like staying in someone’s home than a typical hostel. The hosts are incredibly hospitable, thoughtful, helpful — and generous. They are what makes this place so special. The breakfasts are fabulous, and in addition to the traditional welcome beverage they fed me a wonderful lunch one day washed down with raki. You can also do laundry free of charge. The location is fine, but be warned that it is about a 15 minute walk to the tourist area. No problem at all for any healthy person, but it may not be the best for someone with limited mobility. On the plus side, that means it’s much quieter; it’s also a short walk from the bus station, but the last part is very steep. Again, no problem for me but it could be for someone else. Communication is a bit challenging but we managed; I will stay here again.
