Highly recommend. Clean, spacious, with amazing staff. It is just across two gorgeous parks, in a beautiful area and walking distance to the train station with buses also available if you have luggage. The breakfast is just what you need to start the day and their lobby at the 5th floor is the best I've seen in Japan.

Great location near subway, and an easy walk from main shopping areas. Lots of food options nearby as well. Everything is super clean. Funny cat statue. The staff are nice. The toilets are also super nice. Mentaiko baguette for breakfast was delicious. Fukuoka is great, I should have stayed longer!

It was a last minute booking but I didnot know that ı have picked the best place I could stay in Hakata, Fukuoka. From the first moment I have arrived to property I was welcomed very warmly by staff and the cozy reception/kitchen/commen room was just welcoming too. I had a very smooth yet friendly check-in and got a great help/support to my questions and had a very nice conversation. Then I have met some other people staying there. the room was good, toilet, bathroom, everything was very nice and clean.

the cats were obviously the best part :D. lol but actually the rooms were really big and the bed was sooooo comfy. the facilities were very clean and the number of facilities was decent. the location was good, only a 15 min walk to the station. plus you can use the washing machine free of charge!

Great location, only takes around 15 minutes walk from Hakata station (Only 3 stops if taking the bus). Staffs are amazing, they provided every information I needed and recommended me some good bars and restaurants. Everything in the guest house are clean and cozy.
