I initially booked a bed in the dormitory, but since it was full, I was kindly upgraded to a single room. The room was clean, cozy, and very comfortable. Food was good. Highly recommend!

The bed also had a wonderful heating pad which kept us cozy all night.

Location is great, An and the staff are exceptional in providing friendly service. The offered tours are amazing, l did (2) and they exceeded my expectations. Do not book tours other than through An's house. I have to mentioned that An and staff did an incredible job preparing the property as l arrived only (10) days after the devasting floods. It will take months to get the Ha Giang city back to normal but An's house is uo and running and its fantastic.

We could not fault this homestay. After a 3 week road trip round Vietnam, this was hands down the best place we’ve stayed in So cosy, warm and spotlessly clean! Beautiful views and great location One thing we have noted during our travels, often ‘homestay/eating with the family dinners’ are extremely expensive with no alternatives, and you pay a huge premium for the privilege. However Village Homestay was the total opposite, extremely fair pricing, very social atmosphere and no pressure from the host at all Lan’s English was perfect which made our stay a lot easier 10/10, 5 stars, amazing
