Pilar and Jose were such amazing hosts. We had a wonderful time discussing and cooking with them. Jose showed us what to do on the island and they both were very helpful. The house was perfect and the room was very clean with hot water for the shower. We had the chance to be there to celebrate the 60th of the district and that was an amazing time spent with Pilar. I recommend 200% this place with at least 2 nights on site. Pilar's food was also very good and impressive!

Situated 2.2 km from Estadio Enrique Torres Belon, 1.7 km from Bahia de los Incas Boardwalk and 2.5 km from Deustua Arc, casa SKALA provides accommodation located in Puno. The room and the bathroom in such a good shape and new condition! Super clean and most importantly very nice and hot shower(had to wait few mins tho until it warms up). You might think you are far away from the central but there is a minivan that cost 1 soles takes you straight to central part within less than 10 mins and it comes so frequently that you will never have to wait! Big plus for letting us stay without a problem in the place for the whole full day (as we had to get the bus at night to Cusco). Very quiet location!

Diego was a great host! He welcomed us with open arms and made sure we where good. The location is super, the beds where comfy and the food was great.

Hostal Sumak'usi is set in Juliaca, 40 km from Viewpoint Puma Uta, 41 km from Yanamayo Stadium, and 43 km from Puno Train Station. The owner was very helpfull from the start. I accidentally bought the wrong bus ticket and she actually came with me and helped me get a refund. And she made sure i will catch the right bus. She is a lovely person
