First of all we liked the amazing view, doesnt matter if you are on the balcony, look out of the windows of your room or from the 360 Grad view roof top terrace, you will have a amazing view everywhere. You can see the mountains, the city, diffrent temples and the beautiful nature. Second thing we liked very much, was the food, for fair prices. So we had a high quality dinner and large portions on the roof top, cocked by the host. We liked it so much, so my girlfriend tooked a cocking lesson the next day by the host. She enjoyed it a lot. Specially the host is very friendly, makes you feeling like you are at home and helped us with everything we needed. He is happy if his guest are happy. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. I had an incredible experience staying here. The host and his family were absolutely amazing—so warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. They went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable and well taken care of. One of the highlights of my stay was the delicious Sri Lankan food they served. Each meal was a delightful culinary journey, full of authentic flavors and prepared with so much care. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, providing the perfect retreat after a day of exploring. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged, making my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I absolutely loved my time here and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a welcoming, home-like atmosphere with exceptional service and fantastic food. Can’t wait to return!

The house is like a flower vase, surrounded by a beautiful garden, which is maintained adorably by the owner. Architecture and interior inside the house is something amazing. The serenity, specially if u seat quietly in the balcony at night, is mesmerizing. The owner is very welcoming and cordial. Breakfast was good too.

Lovely clean, spacious room and bathroom with a nice view Bit out of Kandy city which we liked and we had our own tuktuk so no issues with transport to town etc We felt very welcomed into the home and I loved the traditional Sri Lankan breakfast ! Beautifully restored villa with three lovely guest rooms. The owner has used his artistic skills to make this one of the most enchanting boutique property anywhere. The breakfasts were delicious and the location is a short tuk tuk ride to the lake, downtown and nearby restaurants. Even comes with a small pool to cool off in on those hot days. Highly recommended!
