We had been stayed in Coastal villa Kallady for three nights.. owner was so good and kindfull to do our favor. We ate delicious breakfast, lunch and also dinner. We as a enjoyed Peacefull lagoon boat tours.. and precious sunrise and sunsets was best. Beach is also nearby, so happy to review for this homestay.. comfortable room and everything was clean , neat and traditional look.

Ashok en zijn familie hebben een heerlijke sfeer weten te creëren op hun stukje grond, en dat binnen 5 minuten lopen van beide stranden (Kalkudah en Pasikudah). Drie prachtige verblijven op voldoende afstand van elkaar in een heel sfeervolle tuin, tegenwoordig incl. konijntjes! Ontbijt en diner zijn met liefde klaargemaakt en enorm qua porties ook. Ashok is een prettige persoonlijkheid om een praatje mee te maken. Heeft veel goede tips en praat met liefde over zijn guesthouse en de toekomstplannen. Wellicht dat we nog een keer terugkeren als het zwembad af is!

Very friendly welcome and owner, who arranged for our rental Tuktuk to be picked up from his property, and also booked us an early taxi to the train station.

Very nice homestay place, there are several rooms, shared living room, shared open air dinner place and big secured parking. Owners family is very nice and friendly it was very nice to speak with. Our room was comfortable, bed was comfortable too, bathroom was big and clean(everything was perfectly clean). Very good air condition in the room. And good sound isolation. We sleept very well here. We ordered dinner and breakfast here - all was tasty.

This place is twice as nice as the Ubay Homestay I stayed at in Trincomalee for which I paid much more - $30 per night. What's better about it, besides the lower price, is: More spacious, more modern room Fewer bugs (really hardly any) Larger, less smelly bathroom Much quieter setting. Instead of being in the middle of a bunch of other places, including a loud hostel next door, as Ubay was, this place is in a wide open, peaceful setting, the only close neighbor a church. Better breakfast at the same price - 1300 Free, filtered water A larger staff, very attentive, but unobtrusive, only there when you need them The two beaches nearby are quieter and less crowded Much thanks to Usha, the owner's wife, who speaks excellent English. She welcomed me graciously with fresh coconut water and gave me another one when I left.

Soul connection. Chapter 2 is gelegen in Batticaloa, op 13 minuten lopen van Kallady-strand en 5,4 km van Batticaloa Railway Station. Manoj is the best host, so kind, thoughtful, and caring! His house is in a quiet chill part of Batticaloa, between the ocean and the lake, so beautiful. So lucky to have stayed there.

AHSRAM Accommodations is gelegen in Pasikuda, op 5 minuten lopen van Kalkudah Beach en 400 meter van Sri Muththu Mariyamman Kovil, en biedt accommodatie met een restaurant, gratis WiFi in de hele... It's was one of the best places we stayed at in all of srilanka. The rooms was perfect for 2 people with an extra large bed. The ac was a welcome addition in the hot afternoon temperatures. It's a short walking distance to the beach and would highly recommend for their wide open spaces in front of every room and even though there were other guests we barely felt cramped. The two kids with us really appreciated the large garden but because it was hot we mainly sat back and enjoyed the views. Usha and her team were so sweet we almost decided to stay back in Pasikudah only because we felt at home. Best place ever! Great value for money and no doubt we will return.
