The accommodation feels so cozy, it's a home away from home. I stayed in the hostel room and it's very clean and comfortable. There is even a TV in my little space that I could watch Youtube and Netflix on. They provide free transport to Happo-one, Goryu and Sanosaka ski resorts. If you want to go to the other ski resorts, the staff can drop you at Happo Bus Terminal where you can catch the free shuttle bus. Free breakfast is also provided.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The place is very clean, and the amenities are extremely comfortable. The hosts are incredibly kind—they even picked me up from the Liyama station. This is an excellent accommodation if you’re planning to go skiing, as the host is kind enough to drive you to the Liyama station, where you can catch a bus to your preferred ski resort.

A recently renovated guest house in Nozawa Onsen and within 22 km of Ryuoo Ski Park, Oyado Tamayura features ski-to-door access, comfortable allergy-free rooms and free WiFi. Clean, close to the lifts at the top of the hill, great private onsen, lovely owners and comfortable beds.

Shioriya, a property with a shared lounge, is located in Nagano, 10 km from Zenkoji Temple, 17 km from Suzaka City Zoo, as well as 40 km from Jigokudani Monkey Park. The Hosts were superb. The breakfast meals were wonderful. They sent us back to the USA with some of their favorite treats and a gift for our young daughters. She taught us to make an origami crane. It was easy to find off the bus line from Nagano station and they gave us excellent tour recommendations when we decided to skip skiing due to lack of fresh snow.
