The food was delicious and freshly prepared, offering a delightful variety of flavors every day. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, making us feel truly welcomed. The owner, Mario, was very responsive and helpful. The rooms and common areas were clean and tidy, reflecting the homestay's commitment to providing a comfortable environment for guests. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the beauty of Raja Ampat with top-notch hospitality! We are coming back for sure.

Situated in Pulau Mansuar, Nyande Raja Ampat provides accommodation with seating area. This beachfront property offers access to a balcony. I like the beautiful house reef, fish, the weather and the excellent experience staying at Nyande. My 5-night stay just like living in an unreal dream. Delicious food, wide and comfortable bed, electricity, fast internet, cleanness, small number of guests at one time. Everything was perfect. The owner Andy, Esni and the staff delivered an outstanding service. Highly recommend the excursions, though comparably not cheap, they are worthy, especially the snorkeling beginners like us. Specially thank Esni who knows her area well and would like to everything for us to make sure that we could enjoy the underwater marine life as much as she could. My sister had the mobility problem at the time, Esni hold her and never left her alone during the snorkeling to ensure that my sister didn’t miss anything. Because of Esni, we picked all available excursions during our stay. I am looking forward to come back to stay at Nyande’s overwater bungalow next year.

Situated in Pulau Mansuar in the West Papua region, Seahorse Homestay has a terrace and sea views. Towels and bed linen are available in the homestay. Amazing view to sunset at the balcony but even from the bed, bed was comfortable and toilets are shared but close and clean. Paparisa Homestay is located in Kri. Situated on the beachfront, this property has a private beach area, a garden and a terrace. Staff on-site can arrange a shuttle service. Words can't describe how amazing the experience was. Paparisa is a brand new, small, private and secluded homestay with the nicest houses in Kri Island by far (compared to all the other homestays). The place has five "resort level" cosy houses with ensuite semi-open air bathroom (rare in Raja Ampat), big nice comfortable beds with mosquito net, a small private terrace in each house to relax or to watch the sunset and a small restaurant to enjoy your meals (they are building a nice sunset view big restaurant which they said will be ready by September 2025). They provide towels, toilet paper and linen so no need to bring yours. They have some toiletries but better bring some extra shampoo and shower gel for your convenience. Electricity is available almost half of the day and it is more than enough to charge anything in your room! The sea is just three meters from your door so you can easily swim whenever you want. This is also very convenient for diving or excursion's pickups as the boats pick you up straight from your door to go for diving or for a trip! Also, in walking distance you can snorkel in very amazing home reefs on your own. Paparisa rents for a small amount of money snorkeling equipment and these guys can also arrange several snorkeling trips to anywhere in the area. They also have contacts around so don't hesitate to ask them for anything you need! The communication before arrival through WhatsApp was exceptional and they have helped us a lot with our planning (the boat from Waisai to Kri arranged by them and a lot more). The food in the place is very tasty and feels like home and they are willing to cater any special dietary needs (vegetarian, vegan etc).

It was just absolutely amazing stating there, cause the reef just simply started over our water Bungalows! No need to book any excursions, beside Fam island, cause you had turtles, reef sharks, even mantas so very close! So loved to stay with that family! The son went out spearfishing for a nice meal ... would love to come back, no better place to snorkeling like 6 hours a day 🤩😊😘. Thanks a lot 😘😘😘

Located in Besir in the West Papua region, Nyanse Homestay - Raja Ampat features a terrace. The homestay offers bed linen, towels and laundry service. Our stay was wonderful!! The family that hosted us are wonderful, lovely people with big hearts, the place is ideally located, in beautiful surroundings. We felt like in paradise! The food was very good and very much! The room was spacious and clean, the mattress comfortable. The views were amazing :) Ferdinand knows very good coral reefs on Raja Ampat and took us to beautiful places - the snorkeling was amazing! Situated in Saonek, within 1.3 km of Waisai Torang Cinta Beach, Raja Ampat Sandy Guesthouse offers accommodation with air conditioning. The guesthouse is quaint, located in a quiet area of town. The room was exactly what we needed after a long journey to Raja Ampat. Our hostess was very gracious and helpful. We will be going to stay there again.

Set in Saonek, within 1.3 km of Waisai Torang Cinta Beach, Raja Ampat Sandy Guest House offers accommodation with air conditioning. This property offers access to a terrace and free private parking. Very very generous and tasty breakfast. By far the best of any homestay breakfasts we had in Raja Ampat. Very ambitious.

Offering a terrace and a private beach area, Alter Native Stay is situated in Tapokreng. Free private parking is available on site. Some rooms include a seating area where you can relax. Closeness to nature, which is still unspoiled. Lots of birds, fishes and ofcourse the marine life that is easy accessible from PapuArts Alter Native Stay. Family feeling; easily to feel at home with this lovely family of four (Helga, Timon and their 2 beautiful young daughters who love to make friends). Oh, and I forgot their two sweet dogs Ringo & Dingo 🐾🐾 Owners are very helpful and speak several languages so easy to communicate with them. Internet is sometimes a bit unstable so take that into account when expecting speedy replies (sometimes it just doesn’t work and patience is a good thing to have). The food - home style cooking (breakfast, lunch and dinner are all cooked by the owner and her team and she is a great cook; we loved every meal which was perfectly catered to our vegetarian / pescatarian wishes) The rooms are close to nature as well, with very comfy beds (we stayed in both the smaller and the biggest family room, which easily fits 3 respectively 4 people; the 3rd bed in the smaller room has a wonderful treehouse feeling and there is a bunkbed in the biggest room). Hard to capture the beauty of the rooms in just one picture (I took several but could only post one here with my review). You can hear the sea and birds from your bedroom. It’s right next to you. No frills, just natural materials, which we loved. Also no warm water, but easily to get used to. There’s a shower and mandi style shower. Also your own toilet. Plus the blue blue sea right at your doorstep and a lovely sitting area with a hammock to complete the zen-feeling. There’s a long jetty into the sea with a perfect spot for exercise/meditation/yoga at the end. Fitness with a view! It’s quiet and feels very private. You instantly feel relaxed here. Different excursions to choose from, both on land and on/under the sea. Please note: these come at an extra cost and Raja Ampat area is not cheap!!!!
