Everything is more than excellent, from the place itself to the accurate pictures of the hotel. I booked one night first and then added another night. I am now traveling to Batumi and will return here. Thank you, Viktor for everything; I have gained a friend.

I had a truly wonderful stay at 9 Doors Hotel in Tbilisi. This charming boutique hotel is run by a lovely local family who go above and beyond to make you feel at home. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine warmth and kindness. The family is always available and happy to help with anything you might need, and their hospitality really made my stay special. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and very well-maintained. The location is also perfect—right in the heart of town, just a short walk from many of Tbilisi’s main attractions, cozy cafes, and lively streets. What truly sets this place apart is the atmosphere - peaceful, inviting, and full of heart. It felt more like staying with friends than in a hotel. I can’t recommend 9 Doors Hotel enough, and I’ll definitely be coming back next time I’m in Tbilisi!

This is more a family guest house than a hotel. The family are below at the entrance and there are 3 rooms and a small kitchen on the top floor. Kind of the very top. The family are lovely and very friendly. Very kind people. The rooms are lovely, warm and the views of Tbilisi are amazing. It's in an old courtyard, so those that love old traditional Tbilisi buildings will love it. I loved my stay here and I will definitely return. Highly recommended

Number 9 asub Thbilisis, 2,6 km kaugusel Rustaveli teatrist. Hiljuti renoveeritud majutusruumidel on tasuta WiFi-ühendus ja terrass. Clean and very well run guesthouse in a pretty street. Full check-in details were sent the day before, so arriving late at night was no problem. The room and kitchen were well equipped and the host was lovely. Highly recommended!

This is a perfect hotel for a short stay. Comfortable bed, clean shower with good water pressure. There are fridge, kettle, cups, coffee, tea, sugar, individual shampoo and soap in the room. TV channels from all over the world. No need to think twice - just book it and you won't regret.

K&N Guesthouse asub Thbilisi Avlabari linnaosas, 2,1 km kaugusel Vabaduse väljakust, 2,5 km kaugusel Rustaveli teatrist ja 2,7 km kaugusel Thbilisi ooperi- ja balletiteatrist. Good place to stay and nice family here, right beside the Holy Trinity Cathedral of Tbilisi and it’s quiet at night. BTW, their homemade wine taste really well.

The staff are amazing and so generous. You feel like you are part of a family here. Was blessed to enjoy an amazing New Year's feast that they had prepared for their guests and friends.You also get a feel for living in an authentic Tibilisi suburb.

I liked everything! Starting from the amazing nice lady who owns the place and her son, they were beyond nice and helpful! Their hospitality is amazing, I loved who they spread comfortable vibes and were always smiling and super cute ^^ To the room and the small balcony which was very cozy! I loved the place and definitely recommend it to everyone. Thank you :)!!
