The location is great if you're looking for somewhere to stop after leaving Germany eastbound, it's under 1 kilometer from the place to see a gas station with very reasonable prices, there was free parking on the property too and plenty of room to handle bags and children in and out. The wifi was functioning as expected for the duration of the stay and worked in every part of the room and communal areas.

We spent two nights at Villa Frantisek with my girlfriend and we really appreciated this accommodation!!! Everything is almost new and very clean. The owner is a wonderful person and knows what he is doing. I highly recommend it to everyone who is looking for decent accommodation in a beautiful environment.

Convenient on-site parking. Experience is very local and homely as it is a family run guesthouse. Food was great, especially the amazing and plentiful breakfast. They also let you make a sandwich to have for lunch. Owner also brews his own beers, these were great and you can join the locals on the deck for a few beers in the afternoon. Owners do not speak English but we communicated fine using Google translate.
