A great little guest house perfect for a night's sleep on the way to the boat. It is away from the beach, but we were just passing through. It was very clean, comfortable and friendly. Breakfast was good. Amazing value. A cool little garden. The room was well equipped, and the beer in the minibar was cheaper than anywhere else I've been in Indonesia. The bathroom was big with hot water. There are a few food stalls nearby (a minute walk) and a small supermarket. The guest house is off the road and has a villagy feel with chickens wandering around. There was a friendly but gentle and quiet dog.

If you are looking for a stay in Sanur and this place is available, do not hesitate to book it, as it's really popular, and that with good reason. The owners were easy to communicate with online from the moment we booked it, also helping us to arrange a pickup from Denpasar. We were met with the greatest hospitality upon arrival (and throughout our stay). This is a small family owned business, and the people behind it are wonderful and very lovely.. They are easy to chat with, very warm and helpful if you have any questions or just for some chitchat. The place itself consists of six rooms, a lush green poolarea (it's maybe three steps from your terrace) with a couple of sunloungers. This makes it an intimate experience where you can be on firstname basis with the owners. The rooms are comfortable, with a spacious shower, and they have been redecorated since the pictures on booking were taken. The placement is great. You have both the main street and the beach with all the facilities just a short walk away. It's situated on a calm sidestreet, with several good warungs nearby. You get a breakfastmenu where the next day it's delivered to you on the doorstep. You can also order a selection of soft juices etc from them. There is also the option to order lunch/dinner and from a set menu, cheap and tasty! We also used their laundryservice, very convenient. Book this place for the great location, the nice amenities, but first and foremost for the lovely family that runs it, you will struggle to find more genuine people.

Great location, especially, when you need to visit an immigration office (which was my case), as well as it is close to the beach and harbour. Moreover, the accommodation is very accessible from the street and easy to find. The host was rather nice, extremely helpful, she took my clothes to the laundry and picked it up for me. Very prompt replies to my questions. Helped me with the luggage storage. The room itself was clean, air conditioning and wifi worked properly. Great value of money vs services which you get, I can only recommend.
