Very clean,specious room, comfortable bed, and quiet location. Victor is friendly and very kind. I went there by scooter and it is not hard to find the location.

Delicious breakfasts - served in such a beautiful way that I could only say wow :) Special thanks to the chef Musa - you are the best and the way you cook is a masterpiece and I already miss your dishes. Ralu you have created a beautiful place - everything you do is perfect - you are amazing women and I am honored that I could meet you. Guys, you made my every day with you wonderful, unique and perfect. Ralu you made me think again about returning to Zanzibar and to your wonderful Ola Manga Villa ;) Thank you with all my heart for the beautiful time I spent with you. I absolutely recommend it to everyone:)

The air-conditioned guest house consists of 1 separate bedroom, 1 bathroom with a hair dryer, and a seating area. Guests can take in the ambience of the surroundings from an outdoor dining area. The guest house offers bed linen, towels and housekeeping service. This place felt like home. We spent 8days and we loved everything - the room, the space, the food, and especially the staff! Everyone was really nice and warm with us, always with a smile on the face and ready to help. We totally recommend MITI if you stay in Zanzibar!! Asante sana!

At the guest house, units have a outdoor furniture. Each unit is equipped with a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, while some rooms are equipped with a terrace and others also offer sea views. At the guest house, all units are soundproof. Great place in a fishing village, it felt that we we’re visiting a family. Amazing snorkeling booked through hotel. Fish auction right outside of the gate every morning. Big breakfast with spiced coffee…

À la carte and vegetarian breakfast options with warm dishes, local specialities and pancakes are available. Guests may eat in the on-site restaurant, which is open for dinner and lunch.

The area is popular for cycling, and car hire is available at the guest house. Thanks Beth and Dullah for the wonderful stay! This was the best shower we had after a month travelling East Africa, the kitchen staff do an amazing job and even cooked us a banquet on our last night! Cocktails were also delicious. We swam in the ocean at high tide and at low tide the pool was great to cool off. Beth was kind enough to organise a mangrove tour one day and a spice and stone town tour on another day for us. If you are looking for a relaxing, friendly, welcoming place to escape the islands tourism scene then look no further!

Set in Jambiani, in the middle of a local village , Zanzistar Lodge boasts a sun terrace with outdoor pool and is located just a short stroll away from the beach.

Surrounded by banana trees, guests can enjoy a meal at the garden restaurant and a fresh fruit juice or cocktail at the bar. Free WiFi is available. I can’t describe how impressed I have been with this place. Each and every staff member have gone out of their way to make me feel comfortable and happy. Food is delicious, staff are attentive and friendly, accommodation is clean and comfortable. I was even upgraded to the beautiful beach house as it was available during my stay. Offering a restaurant and a private beach area, Helwas Zanzibar Beach Hotel is located in Bwejuu. Free WiFi access is available.

Each room here will provide you with air conditioning and a terrace. Private bathroom also comes with a shower. The hosts, the food and the service were exceptional. Helwas is a small family hotel with a great, friendly atmosphere and top accommodation. We were group of 5 and we had amazing time at Helwas! Big thanks to Jeffrey and Ursula (our host) for the good vibes and the hospitality!

The Amka Guesthouse consists of two building complexes and is privately managed.

Guesthouse No. 1 has five different rooms and one apartment in various categories, ideal for singles, couples, and backpackers. This place was beautiful! We loved that it was set back from the beach so it was quiet, yet we had easy access to the ocean and we had a wonderful view of the turquoise waters from our large covered balcony. The balcony was an extension of our huge and pleasant room. A delicious and plentiful breakfast was delivered to our balcony each morning. The owner was very kind! He allowed us to stay extra time, since our taxi wasn't arriving until after check-out time.

Located in Nungwi, on the quieter north east coast of Zanzibar, Game Fish Lodge is situated along the beachfront and features an in-house restaurant, bar and a sun terrace. Free private parking is offered on site. This place is really amazing. It’s like a little quite paradise not far from most overturist places in Zanzibar. The view to the ocean is beautiful, also you can swim in nice and clean pool and there is a sandbank nearby. If you want to swim direct you will need watershoes. In Game fish lodge you can relax in privat and enjoy nice atmosphere. If you like big hotel resorts, many people and activities at hotel, this place is not good choice for you! Actually we felt like at home there and it was because of the owners. Lesley and Colin are really special people. Very friendly, kind, with true passion to their job. They dont want only take your money, they really care about yourself and want to your holidays was perfect. We really apreciated so many good advices which we got, and also so many interesting informations about Zanzibar and living there. We definetely recommended to taste a delicious diner. Also the breakfast was very good included local fruits. The room was simple and clean with enough space. Unfourtunatelly we had a short time here, wish to come back one day.

I needed to recharge far from the madding crowd and this was the perfect place. Fabulous hotel! Don’t look anywhere else , Zanzibar House is the perfect getaway.
