The manager, Denusha, helped us organize our trip with a safari, taxi from the airport and to Dambulla, fun converstations and even dropped us off at our bus stop. The location was peaceful and we really enjoyed the swimming pool. It was close enough that we could walk to the lion rock and the Piderangela hike also.

We stayed 2 nights on this beautiful location with beautiful people. The very nice room was situated in a little house with a nice terrace outside. So clean and looked as a totally new place. The service was brilliant. We got all the help we needed. For example for getting a transfer to the pidurangala ( at 5 0’clock in the morning) and a very good taxi driver who took us to our next location (very long drive/ the taxi driver gave us a roadtrip with visits to special places). The environment of the hotel is very beautiful. The owner has a large orchard. In a corner of the orchard, there is a beautiful botanical garden, which was designed by the owner himself. We stayed in this botanical garden. You can imagine how beautiful it is! In addition, the hotel owner has a very polite son and a naughty and lovely daughter. We felt very happy playing with them.

The owner picked us up at the bus stop and welcomed us with a fresh drink. We were happy to stay at this villa. The room has everything you need, the ac, the fan and it was very clean. It is located a bit far from the center but we liked it even more, because it was super calm. The owner also dropped us at the temple entrance and picked us up from there on his tuktuk all at the price of pick me app. Then the other day he drove us to sigiriya and even packed us a breakfast to go (tip: put it in your backpack), showed us other places on the way back and then helped us arrange a jeep trip to the national park with the elephants. The breakfast and dinner we had there were delicious. The staff is extremely polite and friendly!

Sanji and Madhu were excellent hosts - From the time we stepped into the property to our departure, we were treated like family guests - We had all our Breakfasts and Dinners at the property. Everything which was served was excellent, prepared to perfection. The presentation was equally good. We discussed multiple topics in our 2 days stay with Sanjee and he showed us around the property. My daughter bonded so quickly with Yasashvi ( Sanjee/Madhu's 9 yr old daughter) that she still remembers and talks about her. There is also adorable large dog ( Windy ) as a pet - Madhu and her daughter accompanied us to Cave temples ( 4 min walk to reach the temple from the property ) and explained so many details / history / traditions of Buddhism. The climb to the temple is around 300 + stairs with Medium/Moderate elevation . During the climb we took photos of beautiful forest and mountains around the area. Rooms are excellent and with top notch conditions / amenities - Madhu , Sanjee are excellent hosts. I/my family would stay here again if we are in dambulla again - Do not miss to book this property during your visit in Dambulla.

We were treated like king and queen. :) The family really makes sure that your stay is perfect. We stayed 2 nights and we had delicious dinners and breakfast cooked by the mother :). Also the family arranged for a great elephant safari and we saw many ! The place itself is surrounded by nature which was really nice. The room is oke and the bathroom is very spacious and the shower is nice and has hot water. Also the bed is soft and comfortable. Special thanks to the son Lakshitha who made sure that the stay was perfect ! Highly recommended :)

Lovley place that I recommend to everyone visiting Sigiriya! The room was good size and clean. The terrace big and you could sit there and enjoy the beautiful garden and all the monkeys in the trees. Ashoka (the host and owner) did everything to make sure we had a great stay! He gave us good tips about the Lion Rock and helped us with transport to our next place. The food (that is homemade by his daughter!) was delicious! We ate dinner and breakfast at the terrace. We only stayed one night, but I wish we could have stayed many more.
