Real Rooms is situated in La Spezia, a 5-minute walk from La Spezia Centrale Train Station and 1.2 km from the ferry port, both offering links to the UNESCO Cinque Terre National Park. Ubytování bylo super, pěkné prostory, hezká koupelna. Je to blízko nádraží, akorát s parkováním je trochu problém, ale chce to trpělivost a dá se to zvládnout. Hostitel je velmi milý a nápomocný. A room was modern and clean, they had a very cute balcony were you can sit in the evening and enjoy a glass of wine. There was a safe where you can leave your precious belongings. Very central, and comfortable to reach all the destinations, not far from train station, bus to Portovenere or Lerici around the corner.

It’s very close to the station, but you can reach the city center in just a few minutes with bars and restaurants. The trains are a bit loud, but that’s the price of being so close to the station—and they provide earplugs for sleeping. I would definitely recommend staying here!

The host was excellent and very helpful which was greatly appreciated after an atrocious experience at a nearby affittacamere. Everything was very easy and we managed to book and enter within the space of 30 minutes; which was a lifesaver when trucking around bags with an easily bored four year old. The room was much larger than I was expecting, and my daughter was ecstatic to get her first experience of a bunk bed when we discovered there was this option (she could have slept on the normal bed provided... but it's a bunk bed!). I would 100% recommend this place to friends and family.

The location is perfect! Beautiful views from the windows and balcony, and close to all the shops and restaurants. We loved our stay here. Really appreciated the mini fridge, espresso machine, and supplies. It was quite warm while we were there, so the A/C had to work hard, but it managed. Loved the updated bathroom and option for self-check-in!
