The location of the apartment is excellent 10/15 minutes away from Napoli Centrale by bus or metro and 15 minutes walk to the city centre.

Close to restaurants, bars, shops & attractions Directly opposite the Toledo Metro which makes it very easy to get to from the main train station and also to reach all other parts of Napoli (which I would suggest walk it, cause there is so much to see & explore) Great communication leading up to our stay & Isabel was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Our room was spacious & clean. Very comfortable bed & pillows. Breakfast is very good, both savoury and sweet. Will definatly stay here again when in Naples. I highly recommend Napoli Centro Suite and Spa. Thank you guys

The room was decently large and had all the facilities necessary it was also super quiet, which is amazing, even on the weekend. Located next to bars and restaurants. The hotel itself seems to have some sort of partnership with a larger hotel on the other side of the building for it's management and so they give out the key and kind of manage the coming and going of guests which is interesting...no issues at all, all smooth. W Highly recommend!

A recently renovated property, SILIA HOUSE Napoli Centro is situated in Naples near Maschio Angioino, San Carlo Theatre and Palazzo Reale Napoli. There is a private entrance at the guest house for the convenience of those who stay. The guest house has family rooms. I traveled alone - as a single woman and felt extremely safe. There was a lock to the building, a lock to the floor and a lock to the room. Very safe! The staff was friendly, and above all the room was clean, modern and with great functioning air conditioning. And even 2 bottles of water in the fridge which were very appreciated. Another bonus was to receive a whatsapp message from the owner with links to nearby restaurants as well as a link to local attractions. I also liked that the owners and the staff made it easy to reach them if I needed to. (which I didn't because everything was great!)

The units at Monteoliveto 33 feature air conditioning and a desk. We loved our stay at Monteoliveto 33. We chose the small room due to budget constraints and found it more than adequate. It was a bit hard with our luggage but we just took out what we needed and stored the cases in the little alcove. I can honestly say that, in the almost 3 months we have been travelling, this bed was the most comfortable of all. We slept so well in it. The room has a desk with a chair and it was good to have a refrigerator and a kettle with cups to make tea. There is also a coffee machine in the communal area for guests to use. The WiFi is good and the water hot. Loved sitting out on the terrace in the late afternoon. The apartment is in a great location with three Metro stations within an easy walk. It is also central for restaurants and most of the sites you would want to see. Sergio was fabulous, he met us on arrival, explained everything and gave us some terrific recommendations for food and sightseeing. He communicated with us both prior to our stay and during, making sure everything was okay. Thank you Sergio for some great memories. We definitely recommend this property.
