We stayed at Cultural Crossing Hotel (CCH) at three points in our month long visit to Georgia and Armenia in October/early November. It is in a great location in the Old City of Tbilisi. History and culture are literally at your doorstep. We stayed in rooms 1 and 3. The small hotel (3 rooms) was opened in March of this year in a historic building. Everything is new, clean and well cared for. Beds were comfortable and rooms were quiet. There is a well appointed shared kitchen with a washing machine and dryer! WIFI worked well. Self-service check-in is available. CCH is close to all major attractions. Public transportation, restaurants and shops are nearby. Transfers to and from the airport at available for an additional fee. However, the best part of CCH is its owner, Victor. We have had the opportunity to travel a number of places in the world and we can attest that Victor ranks in the top 5 of hosts with whom we have stayed. He is a superbly nice human being who cares about his guests. His English is excellent and we very much enjoyed our conversations with him. He picked us up at the airport, made a reservation for a minibus to Yerevan, and arranged transportation for us back to the airport at the end of our month's long trip. Although he is not on-site, he lives nearby and was available by WhatsApp for any questions; we appreciated him checking in with us to see how we were doing throughout our three stays. His recommendation for a nearby restaurant was spot on (we ate there 4 times!) and we appreciated the welcome gifts of wine and chocolate. I had a truly wonderful stay at 9 Doors Hotel in Tbilisi. This charming boutique hotel is run by a lovely local family who go above and beyond to make you feel at home. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine warmth and kindness. The family is always available and happy to help with anything you might need, and their hospitality really made my stay special. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and very well-maintained. The location is also perfect—right in the heart of town, just a short walk from many of Tbilisi’s main attractions, cozy cafes, and lively streets. What truly sets this place apart is the atmosphere - peaceful, inviting, and full of heart. It felt more like staying with friends than in a hotel. I can’t recommend 9 Doors Hotel enough, and I’ll definitely be coming back next time I’m in Tbilisi!

Hotell Kraveli asub Thbilisi kesklinnas ning pakub hiljuti renoveeritud tube, mis on allergiavabad. Kohapeal on terve päeva valve ja välikamin. Everything. The room, the amenities, the location, the hosts. It felt like a home away from home. Both Sherif and Julia are wonderful hosts! The view from our room was breathtaking and we couldn't have asked for more.

Mäevaatega külalistemaja asub Tbilisi Chugureti linnaosas, 1,3 km kaugusel Rustaveli teatrist ja 1,7 km kaugusel Vabaduse väljakust. Külalistemajas on tasuta WiFi-ühendus ja tasuta parkla. Nice location,quiet room and good value!

Number 9 asub Thbilisis, 2,6 km kaugusel Rustaveli teatrist. Hiljuti renoveeritud majutusruumidel on tasuta WiFi-ühendus ja terrass. Clean and very well run guesthouse in a pretty street. Full check-in details were sent the day before, so arriving late at night was no problem. The room and kitchen were well equipped and the host was lovely. Highly recommended!

Family Guest House asub Thbilisis, 1,7 km kaugusel Rustaveli teatrist ning 1,9 km kaugusel Thbilisi ooperi- ja balletiteatrist. Tubades on konditsioneer ja privaatne vannituba. Everything was nice and clean and very presentable. Very friendly mother and son property owners. The private bathroom had new appliances, new deep sink wash bowl, new high sufficient toilet, new shower head for long hot showers and comfortable bed, open air private balcony, and outside sound cancelling security window and balcony door. Good working refrigerator and very quiet room space. And 1-minute walk to "Fresco" a very large, well stocked 24-hour grocery market.

Siemens House asub Tbilisi kesklinnas, Vabaduse väljakust 500 meetri ja Rustaveli teatrist 1,6 km kaugusel. Majutusruumides on tasuta WiFi-ühendus, istumisnurk ja kööginurk. Shota is really helpful man and nice. Thank you for your hospitality and help

K&N Guesthouse asub Thbilisi Avlabari linnaosas, 2,1 km kaugusel Vabaduse väljakust, 2,5 km kaugusel Rustaveli teatrist ja 2,7 km kaugusel Thbilisi ooperi- ja balletiteatrist. Everything is like in the pictures. Kind staff and close to all in Old Tbilisi.

Rustaveli teatrist 6,1 km kaugusel asuval majutusasutusel PALAZZO on rõdu, aed ja ühine puhkeruum. Konditsioneeriga majutusasutus on Vabaduse väljakust 5,8 km kaugusel. Very polite staff, nice hospitable host. Probably the best guest house in Tbilisi. I recommend everyone to visit this guest house, you will be satisfied with it
