We stayed at Cultural Crossing Hotel (CCH) at three points in our month long visit to Georgia and Armenia in October/early November. It is in a great location in the Old City of Tbilisi. History and culture are literally at your doorstep. We stayed in rooms 1 and 3. The small hotel (3 rooms) was opened in March of this year in a historic building. Everything is new, clean and well cared for. Beds were comfortable and rooms were quiet. There is a well appointed shared kitchen with a washing machine and dryer! WIFI worked well. Self-service check-in is available. CCH is close to all major attractions. Public transportation, restaurants and shops are nearby. Transfers to and from the airport at available for an additional fee. However, the best part of CCH is its owner, Victor. We have had the opportunity to travel a number of places in the world and we can attest that Victor ranks in the top 5 of hosts with whom we have stayed. He is a superbly nice human being who cares about his guests. His English is excellent and we very much enjoyed our conversations with him. He picked us up at the airport, made a reservation for a minibus to Yerevan, and arranged transportation for us back to the airport at the end of our month's long trip. Although he is not on-site, he lives nearby and was available by WhatsApp for any questions; we appreciated him checking in with us to see how we were doing throughout our three stays. His recommendation for a nearby restaurant was spot on (we ate there 4 times!) and we appreciated the welcome gifts of wine and chocolate. Nice, clean place in a small compound with a huge tree in the atrium. We had a comfortable stay. It was quiet. Friendly and welcoming host. Having AC was a huge deal in our summer visit. We only stayed one night. It is a comfortable walk to the train station. Lots of good places to eat or for takeaway nearby. Wifi worked well. Bed was comfy.

Facility very clean and well maintained with right amount of vintage and simplicity. Vibe warm like a home since it’s actually more of a home stay with the kind owner family (share the roof but live independently without interrupting guests while being helpful whenever needed). Living room with musical instruments as the legacy of the kid upbringing. Safe, cozy, glimpse of local Georgian life and cost effective. Suitable for both extroverts and introverts as well as solo female travelers. By the way, beautiful garden entrance with cute cats rubbing around :) Highly recommended

Palazzo hotel was a fantastic stay in for us in Tbilisi. The host was so friendly and stayed up with us into the night talking about Georgia and offering us to try some homemade local food and drink. When we are back in Tbilisi we will for sure come back.
