The guest house is just a bit remote but they drop you back on track for the hike in the morning. we share the meal. with 2 australien backpackers. Good food, and so far the best room over our stay with heather warming up the room. we agreed also for a Taxi with Elos later in the day to drive us back to Mestia. Lovely people.

He went above and beyond in every way—allowing us to wash our car and even doing our laundry, all free of charge. When we offered to pay, he simply smiled and said it wasn’t necessary. We wholeheartedly recommend Gamarjoba Guest & Art House to anyone visiting this breathtaking village. It’s not just a place to stay—it's a warm and welcoming home in the heart of the Caucasus.

Very nice hostess, she took care of us like her own family. Delicious and large homemade breakfast with a wide selection, from which we also made a snack for the trek. However, when the hostess found out that we were going on a long hike in the mountains, she packed another snack for us and brought it to the room. There is a large garden and two dogs, one of whom just had puppies. They are very cuddly. Beautiful view from the balcony. She also did our laundry. There is the possibility to make tea and coffee at any time during the day for free.

From the very first moment, I felt completely at home. The room was lovely, the pool was clean and relaxing, and the whole atmosphere was peaceful and discreet. Everything was just right. On top of that, the breakfast and dinner were absolutely delicious – fresh, homemade, and served with care. I wholeheartedly recommend this place and would gladly return!
