The location was perfect, close to the centre and within walking distance of cafes and restaurants and of course the Saturday market. The room was huge with lots of space and a seating area by the window which was great for relaxing. The water was super hot in the shower, ideal for a freshen up after hiking around the Laguna de Cuicocha! The communal areas were well equipped and very clean plus drinking water was provided. Alberto provided information on things to do and offered help in organising any activities. A great place and a very enjoyable stay.

The rooms are brautifully equipped with everything you need.. You can even use the kitchen to prepare your food. The location is super fun with water sports and mini golf. We loved canoeing together as a family and jumping off the platform into the lake. There was a nice hang-out for those who didn't want to get in the water and they still felt part of the fun ordering drinks and food. We loved that they let us stay after check out to enjoy the property longer. Such a beautiful location and fun cabin feel while having all the comforts of home.

We loved the atmosphere of the hotel, the friendly staff, the great breakfasts, and our adorable room! The hotel is in close proximity to Otavalo's traditional market, but far enough out of town to be quiet at night. Our hotel was the perfect place to come home to after our day in the market, and the staff even washed our laundry while we were away for a reasonable cost! For nature lovers, there's a beautiful waterfall just down the street from the hotel.

The location is serene and stunning, offering a peaceful retreat surrounded by natural beauty. The house itself is brand new, adding to the comfort of the stay. Just across the street, there is a breathtaking view of the lagoon, which adds to the charm of the place. To top it off, the food was absolutely amazing – a true highlight of our experience. Highly recommended!

Location two blocks from tourist area, so quiet, no qualms walking area. Wifi ok. And a simple breakfast included.
