Amazingly friendly, and extremely helpful! Room: Simple, but VERY clean and nicely done. Comfortable bed, great pillows. Very pleased with thw bathroom and shower. In conclusion: Cannot beat the value. Don't even try. It even came with breakfast! Simple, but very nice. I WILL be staying here again

The staff was extremely kind and helpful on every opportunity. I book a bed in a share room but when I arrive my bed was taken so they gave a private room without extra charge. I had to leave at 3am because a pretty early flight so the staff make all the arrangements to be there for the check out.

Better than a lot of locations in Chapinero and very quiet House is very nice and spotless clean, owners really make you feel at home I will definitely be back

Staff were friendly - a lady even walked me to the nearest ATM. Close to shops & the airport. The man waited with me outside until my taxi came when I left. Excellent service!
