The room was super comfortable and the staff very friendly. I wish I’d had more time to stay there and use the deck that overlooks the estuary!

La Casa Azul sorge nel centro di Puerto Varas, a soli 7 minuti dalla piazza principale, dai supermercati, dalla spiaggia e dal casinò. The hostel has a great home vibe to it, kitchen space is great and the overall location of the hostel is really convenient, would defiantly stay again!

Situato a Puerto Varas, nella regione di Los Lagos, l'Hostel Casa Apel sorge a 19 minuti a piedi dal molo El Paseo. I love the people here, from the staff/volunteers to the guests. I love the cleanliness I love the bed, oh that's the comfiest hostel bunk bed I have ever slept and I am now not being extra LMAO I love the bathroom, it's so SPACIOUS I love the environment even they have a park in the back! This is a special message for the volunteers, there are two: that one Argentine man (I am really bad at remembering name) and a spanish girl named Alba, you guys are very kind... the Argentine is very bubbly and he let me stay for some hours extension for free only for waiting for my bus. And Alba, she is a sweet Catalunya girl. We had a lot of things to chit-chat and she loves to paint. If you stay here and see the paintings of two mountains in a section behind the reservation, that's what she did. To these two people, if you read this, I wanna say, it would be a pleasure to meet you and thank you for giving me a memorable ending for my Chile trip even tho it's only one-night moment. I know both of you will move to other places, so I always wish you all the good fortunes for the upcoming journey! See you sooner or later Con cariño, @anselsuherman

I loved everything about this Hostal...The location was perfect-across the street from the bus station....My room was large and clean and sleep quality was excellent...In this Hostal guests have the use of the kitchen where coffee,tea and hot water are always available...The staff really made my stay enjoyable.I want to mention Richard who was very helpful to me,even telephoning the next place I was going to in order to confirm my reservation....I want to mention Ricardo at the reception desk also....Ricardo,from Italy 🇮🇹, was also friendly and helpful...This is a lovely place to stay...Top marks...10 out of 10
