This hotel is really an experience, would really recommend to take your time and spend your afternoon up until morning at this place to soak it all in. A one of a kind gem tucked away in the beautiful forestry area between hout bay and Constantia. Truly recommend to stay here and enjoy both the indoor and outdoor areas.

Bluemari is a very special place. The Gueshouse has been designed and furnished with excellent taste to a very HIGH standard. There are lovely areas for guest use including a solar heated pool with longer & seating areas, lounge etc The breakfast was absolutely fantastic; a great selection of fresh fruits, homemade muesli, cheese & cold meats, and freshly made bread. And a selection of delicious hot dishes. The Host was very charming and accommodating. And gave us excellent advice on good local restaurants, attraction etc. It scores 10 out of 10 We will be back!!

Honestly amazing! Friendliest staff we‘ve ever met during all our travels! Marcelino and Levinia were so kind, caring and supportive all the time. The room was spacious, nice and clean and the view on the city, ocean and mountains was simply stunning.

Beautiful B&B with the most amazing staff who made us feel at home right away! We loved the location to explore the different parts of Cape Town. The apartment is very comfortable and well equipped. We hope to come back one day :)

Jacques and Jenn are outstanding hosts. They put a lot of heart into the accommodation. It was as if they simply enjoyed being with people. They made us feel at home straight away. They gave us lots of tips for our stay in Cape Town and the rest of our route in South Africa. It was the best accommodation we have ever stayed in. The rooms were beautiful, clean and had a cosy bed. The whole house is very stylishly furnished. The breakfast is super tasty, healthy and prepared with lots of love. The surroundings with the vineyards are picturesque. Thank you very much for this great stay. We will come again!

    We enjoyed every single moment at Poseidon! It's a place of exceptional friendliness, comfort and hospitality! The location and view of Chapman's Drive and the entire bay are outstanding! The rooms are both stylish and cozy with a nice personal touch. The living room is really an invitation to both a quiet evening at the fireplace or a chat with other guests or the very interesting and friendly hosts. The breakfast was incredible!

    Great location to explore various highlights of Cape Town and surroundings. It is also an excellent place to just relax and enjoy the garden and views. Outstanding breakfast. Hout Bay has a fair amount of nice restaurants. We stayed for 5 nights and would come back again. Luis was a great host.

    The house is in a quiet, secluded location, but only a short stroll (or very short drive) from town. Our well equiped spacious room looked out onto a lovely green, hillside garden; plentiful birdsong and butterflies. We breakfasted and "sundowned" each day on a veranda directly outside our room. It was all delightful. Msrtin and Sue, the hosts, were charming, friendly and helpful in all things. We could not be more pleased we stayed at Hout Bay Hideaway and will do so again if/when we revisit the area.
