The hosts, Emilio and his partner, make you feel right at home. The rooms were spotless, AC works great and I was here when it was 40c+ outside. Bathrooms were very clean, and hot water was plentiful for showers. The rooftop terraces are a great place to relax and get to know other guests.

Location was in the old section of the city with tiny streets. The architecture was nice. Very close to the buses. The staff were so welcoming, nice and helpful. We visited in January and it was colder but the heater in the room was very nice.

What a wonderful find, we were unsure about staying here with the name hostal and only 2 stars, however it was far better than some 4 star we have stayed in! It was quiet, clean and so close to all amenities. Yes there is a powerful aroma when you are in the public staircase area, this disappears in the room and what a bonus the roof with tables is!

The nüa alameda is located in the emblematic Alameda de Hércules, just a 2-minute walk from the Torre de Don Fadrique, in the heart of Seville.

It was only for one night after an accident before I flew home but the place was super clean extremely helpful staff and with 19 minutes walk of anything I need couldn't fault it.

Amazing and friendly staff, had a great welcome on our first day and there is also someone at the reception 24/7. The rooms are also cleaned everyday. The location is also fantastic which is walking distance to a lot of the restaurants and also near many places to visit like the Giralda or the Alcazar.
