The staff was really welcoming. When I asked for a basketball, they tried to find one, and I was able to play right in front of the hostel. In addition, the staff gave some really good advice about Bogotá. Overall, it was a really good experience.

That was close to a 5 star stay! As close as it can get in a hostel. Very clean, great equipped kitchen, amazing staff, very comfortable beds and blankets. I loved it!!

Only a few things. The shower was strong and hot. A rarity it seems in Bogota. The towels were thick and fluffy. Again another rarity. On the fourth floor (no lift but that didn’t bother us) there were two industrial sized front load washing machines and dryers free to use- just BYO washing powder! The room size was good too. Room was clean too.
