We stayed one night only, 2 could have been better for the safari and enjoy more the hotel. It was during our honeymoon and they made sure everything was pretty special. Special attention from food and beverage manager who seemed to be running the whole place, making sure everything worked out

The property was meticulously curated, and the staff were carefully chosen for their generosity and hospitality. The food and welcome drinks were well prepared; they include selections that I am confident many will try for the first time. Clubbing with safari makes you feel comfortable because they can arrange everything to make your safari trip more convenient. I met Umasha, the safari coordinator; she was excellent and very knowledgable about flora and fauna. Our enjoyable stay at Camp Leopard was made possible by the expertise of the personnel. The camp was stunning, with amazing outdoor meals, wonderful trails, and comfortable and well appointed tents. Beyond the site itself, everyone there was so caring, attentive, and knowledgeable. The safari was AMAZING- fun, educational, and we were lucky enough to spot a leopard and even a jungle cat. This is thanks to a keen eye and ability to know where to go, which was also away from the really busy sites so it felt much more private and enjoyable than expected.

The super friendly staff arranged for us to go a full day safari, with breakfast and lunch in the park and they kept on looking for leopards for us. The welcome tea at the rock top with sunset was breath taking. We really enjoyed our stay in the tent.

Prasad was the nicest host we've had in Sri Lanka so far (and everyone in Sri Lanka has been very nice). Him and his family made us dinner at their place, and he can also arrange a safari around Lunugamvehera National Park (we had already arranged it). The place is just off the main road where the bus stop is, but secluded enough that all you hear are birds and insects. There's a nice garden outside and a creek where some monkeys were chilling during the day. The cabin had AC and fridge and it was very comfortable overall.

The house you get to stay in is simply incredible, secluded and gives an absolute Safari feeling! It is very big and the bathroom is great. We've had the most amazing hosts that were incredibly attentive and supportive. For a little extra, you can book a BBQ including a bonfire under the stars, which we can highly recommend! The food and service was outstanding. Something i am so thankful for - they will contact you already before your travel and during our texts to arrange everything I mentioned that it was my best friends birthday. They were so kind and offered to have a cake ready for her with her name on it for her special day.. Thank you so much for the effort! We really appreciate that. Lastly, the Safari was amazing! We drove with Indika and he was the perfect Safari guide. He stopped for us whenever possible, tried to make sure we see the most animals and explained everything in detail to us. We can only recommend taking a tour with him! If you plan on doing a Safari in Yala and want to experience a Safari like housing - this is the place to do so! Highly recommend and we'd definitely would come back. Lastly, if you plan on doing a Safari, we suggest to do the full day one :)
