This has to be one of the best, if not the best, hostel that I stayed in during my travels. I do not know where to begin in terms of describing just how amazing my overall experience was. The hostel is only a month or so old so everything is, as one would expect, brand new. Setback from the road you're away from the noise and traffic and yet still only a 5minute walk to the bustling cliff area. The dorm rooms are a good size with comfy beds, privacy curtains and individual lockers. The whole place is spotlessly clean. There's a lovely chill out area upstairs with a well appointed kitchen where you can either cook for yourself or buy a delicious breakfast, lunch or dinner for around RPS150. The garden is a delight to sit in and isn't really overlooked either. What makes this place complete are the brilliant team; huge thanks to Vikram and Pintu who made me feel so welcome and provided so much fun and laughter. Book it now before it's too late!

The place is very friendly, very clean, there is such attention to details, it makes you feel at home. It's a perfect backpacker's place where excellent English is spoken. And if you need a yogamat, there are some on the rooftop, where you can also practice.

If you are looking for a mix of adventure and nature, without compromising on comfort, our luxury Air conditioned Deluxe Tents are the perfect choice. You can't get closer to the jungle than this. Everything was perfect. I decided to go here after reading all the amazing reviews about this place, vibe, hospitality and food. And it did not disappoint :) The deers are everywhere!! We opted to go for the bird watching activity and the guide was extremely well versed with all the birds. They also have freshly made jams and pickles for sale. I love the fact that this place felt so homely and they employ the local folk from the nearby village. If you're lucky, you might end up spotting elephants or bears.

Beautiful front space to take in the serene surroundings. The crew were so attentive and friendly. The food was amazing! As well as the whole afternoon of cruising on the first day, we had a short morning cruise before our checkout which was great! Although all food is included, we had the option to stop and buy huge fresh tiger prawns which were caught in the lake, and the chef cooked those for us alongside our other curries. The best thing we’ve done in India. 10/10!

A really special hotel. The staff were so attentive and went out of their way to make our stay extra special. Government safaris were great and the Kaav naturalists gave us lots of extra information about the birds and animals we saw. The common areas (pool and observation deck in particular) were so comfortable, lovely places to relax! Also the food was absolutely delicious at every meal!

I loved the peaceful location surrounded by nature and paddy fields. The bamboo huts were cozy and unique, giving a very natural vibe. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the evening atmosphere with lights and chill area was beautiful. Perfect place to relax and unwind. Tasty South Indian & North Karnataka flavors! 🌿 Avlakki and Susla were amazing, veg & non-veg thalis were filling, and the rates were very reasonable compared to others.
