My gratitude to the staff: to Hilora, the receptionist; to Ramazan, the waiter and Hasan, the chief cook.

Also, they have a great great great staff. At first their guest relations Busra, welcomed my kids with toys. And in the room they surprised me with a lotion, shower gel, shampoo set for my baby with wipes and nice bedding. Also then another guest relations in akra hotel (main) also surprised us with sending another toys for my kids with a very sweet handwritten note..
