It is always rough to arrive late at night in a place and not know what to expect but they were the BEST! Even though my plane was three hours late they still had someone waiting for me at the airport but not only that, when I arrived they had give me a free upgrade to a suite! It just so happened to be on the Turquoise floor which is my favorite color so it was perfect. Extremely friendly staff, always making sure I had everything I needed. One even took me to a barber personally! They really went above and beyond. Thank you so much!

The owner and wife made us feel like family. From the unit to the breakfast buffet and beautiful swimming pool. The staff was extremly attentive to our needs . We will be back.

What a find, a lucky strike indeed, lovely court yard, beautiful fountain , quiet rooms, looking into the courtyard, you can open your window , rare nowadays when you find yourself in these big soulless chain hotels . Contemporary style , staff very profesional , friendly and helpful. Beds very confortable , location pall next to busy Thamel and once you turn into the hotel road , you think you are not in a busy city anymore , all was just great , first time that I will say such a thing, this little gem is definitely value for money!

The room which had been reserved for us was nice but it had some smoke smell, despite being a non-smoking room. When we complained about it, it was immediately agreed and a solution was looked for in order to accommodate us. We were upgraded to a very nice room, even larger than the first one. The hotel is located at the limit of Thamel. Although in a very busy area, it is very quite thanks to being at the end of a small alley. The manager also gave us a lot advice about our travel, and they agreed to keep our luggage while we are travelling out of Kathmandu. I strongly recommend this hotel.
