Very helpful and friendly staff - we got a room upgrade, everything we had requested before was already prepared, since our flight was so early (airport s a 5 Min drive away - taxi cost 200) they prepared a lunch bag for us. Getting there we took the MRT from Taipei. The hotel was a 10 min walk from Dayuan station.

Awesome hotel for us, our room was huge and very clean, shower was great with good pressure. Staff were fantastic. We arrived not realizing we had left our Passports at previous hotel. Viola, on reception, got on to it right away and they arrived the following morning, before breakfast! Service with a smile. Hotel is just a 7 min walk to Taimall. We used the bikes for free to ride to Seafood Market, also used the massage chairs! Can't rate our stay high enough, so glad we found it and if we ever come back to Taipei will definitely stay here again.

This hotel is situated on top of a block of flats and you need to go into the lobby via a separate lift which takes you straight to floor 24. The staff were very helpful to us when we were slightly jet lagged and tired from a flight from heathrow. The room was massive. And included an office. The view from the window was second to none (being on the 27th floor will always have a good view). A major bonus for me, was that there was an extra pillow in the wardrobe which was slightly firmer than the 1 on the bed. I like having the choice. It was very close to the metro station (Laojie River) which was handy coming from the airport. The night market (Zhongli) was close by (10 minute walk) and very friendly to people unfamiliar with night market style food/behaviour. Breakfast: mix of asian and european breakfast

Comfortable room, the pc in the room is nice. Breakfast is good. I recommend it for a night or two to just relax and play games.
