Excellent service and super friendly staff. Location of the hotel is perfect, which is less than 10 minutes walk from the train station. We very much enjoyed the rooftop outdoor pool. Will definitely visit again if we ever go back to Tainan.

We were given an upgrade which resulted in the biggest hotelroom ever with two giant beds, two bathrooms ! Thank you staff ! The beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms too and everything was very clean ! The hotel is a bit away from the town center but you can easily get an uber or taxi. The staff was more than helpfull, we parked our car on the goverment parking next to the hotel where we got two tickets. Staff ran from the reception, when they saw us, to take care of them for us. The price of the room was really cheap. Breakfast was even included and very good as well, you can choose between four good options. Thanks !

Located in downtown Tainan, Shangri-La's Far Eastern Plaza Hotel offers easy access to transportation links and attractions with luxurious accommodation. Breakfast, room, location, all excellent. The staff was helpful; and the hospitality was great. Would stay again.
