Everything, but the service and staff were absolutely incredible. The hotel itself is stunning and perfectly located.

All was more than perfect. Parking was very easy, just use parking Bab Jdid is at the end of the medina , it is very easy and safe to park there. The breakfast was really good and a good variety and fresh food. The room was quite large with good air-conditioning and the bathroom was really clean.

I extended my stay twice because I feel at home. The Riad is really beautiful and clean. The suite number 2 is huge and exquisite. The staff is exceptionally caring and very professional. I watched Mustafa, Meryeme, and Kenza go out of their way to cater to all the guests. I am still here because I love it.

Set in the heart of Fez, in the city’s new quarter, Fes Marriott Hotel Jnan Palace offers air-conditioned rooms and an outdoor swimming pool, a gym and a sauna. The Marriott ensures impeccable service and it never disappoints me. The amazing staff ensures to make it a pleasant stay. A young lady named Noura at the reception was very welcoming & ensured that my stay was pleasant & comfortable. She helped me at the time of troubleshooting too. Mohammad at the Moroccan restaurant was a great host & the lady at the room service desk was prompt & very helpful. I would like to congratulate the group for the amazing staff.

I would absolutely recommend this Riad to everyone! I stayed here with my girlfriend Sabina for two nights. The Riad is run by young guys who truly do everything they can to make guests feel comfortable and at home. You can really see that they do their job with love, and with this review, I want to thank and support them for their wonderful work. We were welcomed by Muhammad (sorry if I spelled your name wrong!), and since we arrived early in the morning, he welcomed us with a delicious breakfast and tea, which we received as a kind gesture. The accommodation is in a great location, between two main streets in Fes. After breakfast, Muhammad sat down with us on the couch and took his time explaining the city map and giving us many great recommendations on where to go. Every day he asked how was our day. I really like to remember one evening when we sat on the couch with Muhammad and his friend, drinking tea and having a friendly two-hour conversation about Moroccan and European culture, religion, and traveling. That was what I liked the most – Muhammad and his colleagues were really interested in their guests, they made friends with them, and really wanted to get to know them. The accommodation is clean, colorful, safe, and a true example of honest human work. When we left Fes for Marrakech early in the morning, we got a breakfast to go and even a handwritten note with tips on what to visit in Marrakech.
