From the time we checked in to when we checked out, the attention and courtesy we received from the staff was simply amazing. Their attention to detail and willingness to cater to our needs was refreshing to see. One example was the initiative taken by the chef to bake a "rice flour bread" when informed that one of our guests gluten intolerant. Special mention of Lalith, Sahas and Tharanga for their excellent customer service.

Everything and especially the service, it was mind blowing, haven’t experienced such a service anywhere and food is also superb. Staff is very very accommodating. Heritance Ahungalla je luxusní hotel u pláže, který se nachází 76 km od Colomba. I loved the staff especially Sachini Dissanayaka and Jay Aru. The guest relations staff member had strong interpersonal skills and friendly mannerism. I was not happy with the first room given to me and was afraid the next one they showed me also might not be great. However, the next one exceeded my expectation. It was absolutely beautiful with a view. There was agency in providing a nice experience. It is a beautiful hotel where I have stayed every time I visited for over 25 years when it was the Triton.
